kickin' off 2012.
I’m currently snuggled up on my couch watching a movie with the two kittens (Loki and Persephone), the puppy (Tosh), and the old man cat (Eby).
All that’s missing is my voice (which I should be expecting to be back any day now), and our lovely squeaker kitty (Sasha)…but she’s a big scaredy cat..for reals tho.
I’m going to watch some movies, snuggle with my darling...

my baby kitty is home!
my darling Persephone cat/lioness friend is back home!
She had surgery on Wednesday to get her front claws out and to get fixed…she’s a little sore and is moving slowly but she’s happy to be back with her mama :)
Plus I missed the hell out of her. She’s never leaving me again…I’m that parent.

So I haven’t been feeling well for what seems like days and days…
So my mom bought the book The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo for me! She wanted me to feel better and rest up! YAY!
She so sweet xoxo.
Cannot wait to read it.
This is slowly but surely becoming a new obsession.

american horror story.
This show. This fucking show.
It’s so damn good. Like ridiculously good.
The creepiest opening ever to have existed, especially when watching back-to-back episodes.

i guess i needed a good cry.
This evening I watched How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Now this is a funny movie, with jokes, Jim Carrey, it’s supposed to be a comedy. Well…little did I know that it’s so touching and inspiring and joyful, that I found myself sobbing after it. It’s like watching The Polar Express.
Next, because of my gloomy mood, my wonderful friend Tori decided to put up one of the most...

the story can resume.
Dearest Cecilia, the story can resume. The one I had been planning on that evening walk. I can become again the man who once crossed the surrey park at dusk, in my best suit, swaggering on the promise of life. The man who, with the clarity of passion, made love to you in the library. The story can resume. I will return. Find you, love you, marry you and live without shame.” - Robbie Turner,...

football funday.
First Sunday in a long time, I’m taking the time out of my day to watch football.
Finals have almost killed me, but not worrying about that today.
I’m gonna worry about the Eagles playing the Jets.
Going to go out to lunch with my darling friend Sara (and hopefully we won’t die.)
Gonna eat, and enjoy football. This is our “finals are almost over” celebration!
